Johanna McDonald is a director of both  Rein and Shine, and Equine Business Consultancy.  Johanna is a BHS Senior Eventing Coach, and a Stage 5 Business Manager. Johanna has been riding and working with horses for over 35 years.  She brings enthusiasm, skill and professionalism to the equestrian business and all the associated riding and livery activities.  Johanna believes  professional customer service is at the heart of any organisation, and dedication to a great customer experience is paramount.

John McDonald is also a director of both Rein and Shine, and Equine Business Consultancy. John has been at senior management level in a variety of commercial enterprises.  He ensures that the organisation is managed in a financially disciplined way to enable it to be sustainable, to grow, and to always offer a high class value for money service, whilst developing new customer services and interests within the business. The customer must come first, and the customer experience at Rein and Shine is paramount to its successful operation.
