Helen Tremlett

Helen Tremlett is a passionate and dedicated equestrian professional with over two decades of experience working with horses and people. Her career has taken her from managing large equestrian centres and lecturing in further education to coaching riders at every level—from complete beginners to international para dressage athletes.

At the heart of Helen’s work is a genuine commitment to developing confidence, skill, and wellbeing through horses. She has a particular passion for inclusive coaching and has spent many years working within Riding for the Disabled, supporting riders to achieve far beyond what they believed possible. Her experience includes coaching at national and international competitions and contributing to the development of athletes on GB pathways.
