Johanna Sharpe has been working with horses and riding horses since her early childhood and she has found particular skill in rehabilitating ex-racehorses, supporting them in having useful lives after their racing careers . She brings enthusiasm, skill and professionalism to the equestrian business and all the associated riding and livery activities. Jo has a broad knowledge of the commercial world, having spent many years as an LGV trainer and writer of Driver CPC legislative training and process.  Professional customer service is at the heart of any organisation, and dedication to a great customer experience is paramount.

John has been at senior management level in a variety of commercial enterprises.  He ensures that the organisation is managed in a financially disciplined way to enable it to be sustainable, to grow, and to always offer a high class value for money service, whilst developing new customer services and interests within the business. The customer must come first, and the customer experience at Rein and Shine is paramount to its successful operation.

Ideas that have come from the livery and riding school start up include a ‘flexi’ livery service offering a flexible solution to our customers’ needs, the Hoof Club for horse education and training about horses, and the Livery Comfy Lounge. In addition imaginative livery feed plans offer choice, and the brand new indoor stables and winter field shelters ensure the horses also enjoy great hospitality and comfort whilst they are with us.

The management team are determined to offer a unique blend of equestrian professionalism as well as a wider range of related interests that would appeal to the horse rider and to those who want something more than pure equine related activities.
