Our BHS accredited Riding and Road Safety trainer delivers Riding and Road Safety training to groups and individuals. Our riding school horses can be used for this training, alternatively your own horse can be used provided the trainer deems it to be suitable.

In addition support is given on the Highway Code, dress code, health and safety, essential first aid, and supporting information on riding horses on different types of roads, and road junctions.
The aim of the BHS Riding and Road Safety certificate is to make our riders safer through education by demonstrating the level of skills required through focussed training and assessment. All candidates taking the Riding and Road Safety exam must provide evidence of attending training with a BHS accredited Riding and Road Safety trainer.
