Dear John,I wanted to express my sincere thanks to you and the ladies that looked after us last Saturday for my sister's hen do.My sister was absolutely thrilled to find out we were riding and you didn't disappoint. The party room was perfect and felt very personal- so much so the party thought I had prepared the party bags! We loved the balloons and the rosettes. The riding was great fun, despite the cold windy weather we all left with big smiles and have been talking fondly of our ponies. The party games were super and your staff showed such enthusiasm despite it being so cold. Please pass our thanks to all the girls.Great value for money and I have already recommended your riding school to others.Thank you againCharlotte
Samantha - Great riding hen party for Claire yesterday. Thank you for accommodating us and giving us all a great few hours of horsey fun, adult gymkhana type racing and hacking. Some girls never grow out of their pony days . Great place and horses, even the rain couldn't dampen the fun.
Tracy - Just to say a huge thank you to everyone at Rein & Shine, as we all had a fantastic time at our hen party! The horses were wonderful, the team there all so accommodating and the buffet was delicious. Absolutely loved it and would recommend it to others. Tracy xx

First of all may I say a big thank you to you, your wife and the staff for my daughter Sicelly's lessons. She had a fantastic time.
As we thought she now has the buzz for riding and would like to continue . . .
My 3rd riding lesson today with the fantastic Lucinda Kain. I'm loving being back in the saddle after 30 years - I feel so encouraged and positive both during and after my lessons and I really feel I'm making progress. If you are thinking of taking up lessons or returning to riding after whatever length of break, I'd encourage anyone to give Rein & Shine a go, it really is what a riding school should be all about.
Thank you so much to you and Jo for taking your time to show us around and gave us a chance to meet you and the horses before your open date. It's looking stunning!!
James Gray, MP for North Wiltshire has visited Rein and Shine, a brand new riding school and livery yard in Braydon, near Purton. He met with the owners, Jo Sharpe and John McDonald, who introduced him to the new facilities that are being built ready for opening in August. James said,
“'I am pleased to see a disused farm being rejuvenated, and the investment Jo and John are making has already created local employment and contracts for the local community. I am fully supportive of what Jo and John are trying to achieve, especially with the open and inclusive approach they are taking to introduce new people to riding as well as developing riding skills for horse owners and riders in the area. Their initiative for grass roots training on horse care, management and welfare is very encouraging for the 8 - 15 year olds they are targeting and I wish them every success in their venture. As President of the Association of British Riding Schools, I am very keen to help promote entrepreneurial new businesses like this one.”
'I am delighted that I have an opportunity to work with Jo Sharpe at the new Rein and Shine riding school. I love horse riding, and here I am training and schooling the horses and ponies with Jo to get them into peak fitness. The equestrian facilities when they open in August will be amazing and having a riding school in Braydon will be of great benefit to anyone wanting to start riding and for those who wish progress with their riding skills.'
